  Ordered a box of Joe for the horse shows and the employees complained that normally people preorder them, which I had no idea. Then called in an order for 45 minutes out for the same, box of Joe, and they didn’t even start making it until we got there. I think the staff was pretty rude both times.

  I felt it could be cleaner and more help. It took 10 minutes to get my sm coffee. The two ladies working, we're nice, and was doing their best.

  On September 26, I went to this dunkin and order my usual small frozen hot chocolate with whipped cream and extra drizzle. This is the 7th time they have messed up my order. I even shouted my order at the speaker for them to get it right and they still didn’t. They need to retrain the employees. They were also very rude to me a few times. All I asked was for them to remake my order very nicely and they flat out told me no. Do better.

  Can be a little slow at times but by far one of the most consistent locations. Staff are also usually very pleasant.

  Normally a decent dunks, but it was strange watching a customer go behind the counter and into the office. Not very professional. They also got our order wrong.
