★ 4Been going to McDonald's at this location since the beginning. They were previously located on Madison Avenue closer to town. My sister Angela got her first job there and loved it. Like all, McD's have renovation to keep up with customers needs. More drive-thru and less dine-in. Unfortunately places like this suffer from understaffed situations. I tend to gravitate towards the specials. Mainly just getting the sandwiches or burgers and eating at home with other goods. Overall good experiences! 👍😋

★ 5This was my McDonald's growing up. My parents would take us here for a treat and it would be some of the best times. Use to love coming. Because of the great memories here, McDonald's still remains one of my all time favorites. Definitely my favorite Fast Food place.

★ 5Extremely busy & efficient restaurant; they got our orders of only beef patties and cheese correct, and the burgers were greasy but tasty.
Clean bathroom.
Very nice back sitting area under a beautiful tree with pretty plants. -

★ 1Ordered 4 apple pies and 2 frappes after waiting for over 20 minutes an employee approaches me and says that they only have one apple pie and that they take 8-12 minutes to make. I replied that I had already been waiting for over 20 minutes they said that they just got to my order and it wast there problem. And where very unprofessional. I asked for a refund that took another 5 minutes and left. Totalling over a half hr. Worse McDonald's service iv seen.

★ 1Whoever that was on 1st drive thru window & taking orders around 8ish on 1/30 was extremely rude. I felt like I was bothering her while ordering food in the drive thru hers words while ordering were “is that it many times while ordering or what’s else is there” when I was done ordering she told me to “MOVE UP” without telling me a grand total” in a very nasty tone. When I got to 1st window I explained that I had code from the app, but didn’t get the chance to tell the person who took my order (didn’t know it was the same person until after this moment) She said she won’t take it, I simply asked why, as I have given my app codes many times before at the 1st window. She said to me “I already told you I won’t take it at this window because this screen is ordering and this one..just I can’t.. In a very nasty tone... I ended up not paying and leaving because of this certain employee’s unprofessional attitude. If she would explained nicely like other employees have done when I’ve been there in the past, there would have never been an issue. Kindness goes a long ways.. please pay attention who you hire, you usually have great employees with great customer service.
