Cutest little cafe!! We visited today and had some amazing food and drinks. The ladies serving us were so friendly and attentive. I had the PB latte which was 10/10. We split a chicken salad Sammie and a steak and cheese. The chicken salad was good but the steak and cheese blew it out of the water. Easily top three steak and cheese Sammie’s I’ve had. Wish I took a pic but we ate it all lol. The peppers/veggies were cooked perfectly and it was seasoned to the nines. A must try breakfast or lunch spot on the cape!!

The most wonderful breakfast experience in this area of the Cape. Our waitress was outstanding, attentive and engaging. The atmosphere of an old town café makes one feel comfy. My meal, a 3-egg, mushroom, onion and American cheese omelette with the home fries and sour dough toast is literally the best breakfast I've ever consumed in the States. Beyond highly recommended.

Had lunch with the kiddo and everything was delicious! I got the B.L.A.I salad with chicken salad, so fresh and the homemade blue cheese dressing was amazing! The parmesan fries with cherry pepper dipping sauce gets 2 thumbs up! My son got chocolate chip pancakes and bacon, he loved it all! Erika was our server who was excellent! My kid must have asked her a million questions and told her about his whole life, she listened and was so engaged. Great experience we will definitely be back!

We actually live in Connecticut, but probably have been in this restaurant The Buttercup 40 or more times, obviously we love it. I typically get The Go To or The Commissioner's Plate.
One has pancakes and both have sausage, bacon, toast and eggs. Delicious, plentiful and a comfortable environment. Tended to by the greatest of servers. One especially, Katelyn is just so much fun and is a joy to deal with. Everyone is cool and the owner, Melissa is a joy to deal with. We'll be back we always do !!!

Amazing food! I got the village beast and the garlic chicken wrap to go back on the ferry and they were unbelievably good. Great vibes inside too. Colleen and Erika really make you feel at home!
