★ 5Do yourself a favor if you are in the area visiting Margaritaville, or whatever brings you to Hyannis. I repeat! Do yourself a favor and head island Cafe & Grill for breakfast / lunch! I'm so glad we found this place after leaving the airport. The food was delicious! I'm a fan of eating in places where it feels like someone's grandma is back there cooking the food for her favorite grand babies. And this place did just that for me. Everything was cooked perfectly, all the way down to the potatoes. I've been to so many breakfast spots and I've asked for crispy potatoes and the potatoes do not come out crispy. Its so annoying. This place nailed it!
My only complaint, and its a small complaint, is that the Callaloo greens tasted a bit like they were canned greens. The flavor was lacking as well. Other than that... 5 stars! We will definitely be eating breakfast at Island Cafe & Grill in the future. -

★ 5This diner style restaurant is very warm and the friendly staff almost instantly makes one feel comfortable.
We tried the eggs benedict and the avo toast with poached eggs. The eggs were all made to our request ....we were happy !
The coconut french toast was what clearly brought out the jamaican flavours in the French toast...the twist is quite nice ....the berry compote served with the French toast was extremely yummy...I wanted to ask for another helping of it !!!
The fries that were served on the side of the eggs benedict were the crispiest fries that I had ever had .....! Pls must try !
The diner is moderately priced and extremely neat an clean. Definitely would recommend paying a visit or two ! -

★ 5Stopped in between my events today and what a great idea. The coconut margarita was just what I needed and the loaded fries were amazing. The staff is always welcoming and really attentive to our needs. Will definitely be back with the family❤️

★ 5Excellent brunch option! We came here on a whim and we’re so glad!!
Plenty of seating at gorgeous wood tables, spacious and warm with pleasant island music to take you away from the harsh cape winter.
Service was impeccable, very fast and courteous. Food was AMAZING, every bite was perfect, and I can’t wait to come back and explore some of the lunch options!
Also a cute fish tank with a pretty little blue and pink fish couple :)nVery fun, highly recommend as a hidden gem in Hyannis! -

★ 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️nIsland Cafe and Grill was an exquisite experience! My husband had the jerk chicken lunch and I had the oxtail — both were absolutely delicious. We each tried their ginger drinks (mine plain, his guava), and let me tell you, the flavors were amazing! The portions are generous, the food is packed with authentic taste, and the atmosphere is warm and relaxing. We’re already planning our next visit to explore more of the menu. If you’re in the area and looking for an excellent dining spot, I highly recommend stopping by!
