★ 5I stopped into Mornings in Paris during a particularly harsh thunderstorm during my visit to Kennebunkport.
As someone who doesn’t drink coffee, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide assortment of teas and specialty drinks. I ended up getting two seasonal beverages, one matcha latte and another chai latte. They were both incredible! I also enjoyed the macarons, which were large and reasonably priced.
The atmosphere was cozy, warm and inviting, with soft music and comfortable seating. It was the perfect place to write postcards to friends and family and enjoy my afternoon. -

★ 5A warm welcoming cafe with a variety of pastries, coffee, and food. I tried a raspberry Danish and a rose and pistachio latte with oat milk. The danish was absolutely delicious and tart. The coffee was also great.

★ 2Quite a let down. Our group went for breakfast at Mornings in Paris, as it was the only place open nearby for coffee and breakfast at 7:15. Between our group of 6, all but one person was unable to order the items that they chose off their menus that they showed us. Evidently the espresso machine hadn't been started up prior to opening at 7, so by 7:15 the staff was unable to make anything that required espresso, steamed milk, etc. (5 of the 6 of us could not get the drinks we wanted). Then, we started to order food, and we were told that crepes aren't available until 8:00, even though they open at 7:00. We each settled on pre-made food, since we couldn't order anything ready made. While the sweets were good, unfortunately everyone that ordered a sandwich was very disappointed. They were all extremely dry, and minimally filled. The turkey sandwich (pictured) only had turkey filled half way across the dry bread. Our group was mostly annoyed with how the staff handled the situations. Rather than acknowledging any of the issues/apologizing, they just continued on as if we had a perfect experience. No apologies for the lack of available food or drinks or lack of preparedness for opening at 7.

★ 1this was my first and my last time in, i came in excited and left disappointed.
my creme brulee latte just tasted like sweetened watered down latte, the spinach feta was dry and lacked spinach and feta while being super dense and almost flavorless, and the crêpes were also extremely dense and almost impossible to bite through! also the lemon crêpe somehow smelled of pine sap, was soggy, and tasted very bad. they looked at me as if i had 2 heads when i asked for a little box to take the rest home (hoping my dad will eat it, because i hate to waste). well i can see why they arent used to people wanting take out containers…nnthis place is certainly not worth the price, and id even venture to say its a waste of money.
i also need to mention that a barista was wearing spandex booty shorts?! ive worked in food & beverage service industry my entire life and i have never… its just inappropriate and unprofessional -
