  Ordered the BLT from the menu today and went to pick it up. The place was not busy (maybe 4 customers inside that had ordered already) and when I opened the sandwich the bread was literally in pieces, brown lettuce, garlic aioli was missing and not even edible. The young guys working there were missing charges of products for other customers in line and the customers would have to tell them they did not charge them, others walked out when they had placed an order and the young workers told them they had lost the order and never made it after the people waited for over 30 minutes for a call-in order they had already made.
  
  The owners of this place need to seriously get their act together and start paying attention to who they have working there. I used to love this place but the service is terrible and it is better to take the time and do things right with quality (like they used to) and stop focusing on quantity with poor quality. Really disappointed and this place can do much better.

  I stopped by here hoping for a nice, quick lunch but left feeling pretty disappointed. The food took much longer than expected, and when it finally arrived, it wasn't really worth the wait or the price point. The atmosphere felt a bit chaotic and not very relaxing, which made it hard to enjoy the meal at all. I was hoping for something much better given the reputation, but it just didn't hit the mark for me Cape Porpoise Kitchen

  Cape Porpoise Kitchen, located at 1 Mile Road in Kennebunkport, Maine, is a hidden gem that caters to both locals and tourists. Our visit to CPK was a truly delightful experience. As a specialty foods market, gourmet deli, and café, CPK offers an array of options, including micro-roasted coffee, lattes, hearty breakfast sandwiches, and freshly baked scones. The CPK boasts 21 creative sandwiches, salads, soups, and chowders for lunch, while the take-out dinner menu features daily chef specials, Maine Crab Cakes, Grilled Salmon, CPK Meatloaf, Vegetable Lasagna, and an assortment of pies, including the renowned Strawberry Rhubarb. Additionally, CPK offers an extensive selection of cheeses and wines from around the world, as well as beautifully crafted gift baskets made to order. I highly recommend a visit to Cape Porpoise Kitchen for anyone in the Kennebunkport area; you will not leave empty-handed or disappointed.

  CPK Is one of the best small markets in the town! So many local made goodies, and so fun to see all the artisan crafts for sale. Always a great time in there. Love the food and atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back ! :)

  We had an outstanding experience at Cape Porpoise Kitchen! The freshly made sandwiches & cookies were outstanding, customer service was very friendly, and it was fun to browse around the thoughtfully curated items for sale. We came about an hour before close on a cold, rainy night so they were pretty quiet and we were able to get space at the little counter to eat our sandwiches.
