  I don't typically leave reviews unless my visit was memorable one way or another.
  My visit to Echo, was INCREDIBLE!
  From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and very artsy and cool.
  Our server Brandon was on point the entire time. Never missing a beat to check on us (when our mouths weren't full of food - bonus! ), ensuring we had everything we needed and that our food was quality. Now the food, wasn't just quality.. It was the best damn thing I have ever had at any restaurant I've ever been to! I had the steak, which came with the most perfect crust on the outside, and perfectly cooked to my liking all the way through! Served with perfectly cooked green beans and quartered baby red potatoes, I ate every single morsal of my food!
  For dessert, I chose the chocolate filled churros with vanilla ice cream... Perfection!
  You would be doing yourself a disservice if you don't give this place a chance!!

  Highly recommend making a reservation if you’re planning to visit Echo in Brattleboro; if you just walk in, they’ll likely turn you away at the door. Our group of seven was seated right away thanks to our reservation, but the wait for both drinks and food was on the longer side. Our server apologized multiple times, which we appreciated, and we passed the time playing phone games with the kids to keep them busy.
  The pierogies were a highlight, with a nicely crispy exterior and a creamy filling, and the shoestring fries came out salty and crunchy. My chicken cordon bleu sandwich, though, didn’t really live up to the name, and the side salad was pretty plain with just a basic vinaigrette. My wife’s grilled cheese with fried chicken strips also seemed a bit undercooked, and the chicken had a slightly rubbery texture. Overall it wasn’t our best dining experience, but the atmosphere inside is very nice and the staff themselves are kind.

  Ok experience for lunch. Not a good place for kids, no kids menu and the chicken fingers were a bit odd. Burgers were great. Service was poor, didnt see our server after he took our order so we didnt get a lot of things we needed, drinks etc.

  Great pizza in a decent space. The restaurant is liveley and has some good decor and artwork which creates a fun environment. The servers were efficient and friendl. We were seated, ordered and attended to in a reasonable time. The pizza we got was really good. Stop by for sure!

  The patio is open at Echo and the special cocktails are pouring! Always great service.
