★ 5Great place very happy. The coffee was delicious so was the sweet bacon pepper croissants that we had this morning absolutely fire the price was good seven dollars a sandwich. Coffee was good. Very happy. My business partner loved his. He just wasn’t happy because he didn’t fill him up so I had to turn around and buy him some lunch too then I had to get him some chicken yeah so if you need to buy two or three, they’re a little small but well worth it if you’re feeding your employees don’t come here

★ 1First off, I’ll start with the place is disgusting! Trash all over the floor. When I asked them to remake my daughter’s loaded hashbrowns since the bacon was just burnt pieces, I was told “that’s how it has to come since it’s such small pieces” DO BETTER

★ 1[It took over 30 minutes for our pick-up order to be ready.] When we entered the store, a customer was already complaining about their order. When we went into the Dunkin, no one came to the register to take our order. After about 5 minutes of waiting, we just decided to place a mobile order and wait. After about 20 minutes of waiting, we went up to ask about our pick up order, and learned one of our items was not started. In the meantime, we saw 5 customers who had entered the store and left because they were not being attended to. Another customer had come in to pick up their mobile order and it was hot instead of iced. The person who was working the drive thru window had friends who came into the store and she immediately attended to them and made conversation with them for about 5 minutes and made their order, while an older lady with a walker was waiting behind them to order a single coffee. And while the drive thru employee wasn’t chatting with her friends, she was just standing there with her arms crossed, while her other coworkers were drowning in orders. There was even an employee hiding in the bathroom.
We understand when things can get busy and needing to wait, however there was no sense of urgency or concern for any of the customers from any of the employees. All three of those employees should be fired. They don’t seem to care about their jobs anyways. The only person who seemed to care was the manager, who we felt bad for. Having worked at Dunkin before, I know that it should take less than 2 minutes to make a coffee, maybe an extra minute for an espresso shot. But 30 minutes of waiting while employees are hehe-haha-ing with friends is disrespectful. This was the worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had, so much so that I felt the need to write a review (…and I consider myself a patient person having worked at Dunkin before.) And to top it off, after all of the waiting for all of our items to be ready, all of the food we had ordered was cold. -

★ 1Legit just had to pull over because the bacon that was on my toast was the most sour bacon I’ve ever had. Almost threw up because of it. On top of that the donuts were stale. I just Wish the 15 minute wait with no one else in front of us was actually worth it. Terrible way to start the day!

★ 1My husband went to the drive thru this morning to get me an iced coffee. When he got to the window, he was told by the cashier that he couldn't pay with cash, because she didn't want to get people's germs. The same germs that are on their cards when they touch them to pay. She told him that all of the other customers were understanding about her request. He only had cash, so she made another employee come to the window to take cash from my husband. Why is she working at the registers if she is going to hold people up and make a scene not wanting to touch cash money? As someone who worked at Dunkin several times in the past at different stores, I can say that she is most likely in the wrong job. I don't like people's germs either, but if I'm at work and I get handed cash, I take it, keep the line moving, and try to keep customers happy.
