  Update for January 2026: they weren’t that busy . There were order tickets all over the counter, floor etc and the place was a mess. My drinks were lukewarm again and WATERY! An employee said she was having issues with “the machine” so who knows. I will not be getting Dunkin’ from this location again. It’s too expensive to get crappy coffee.
  
  ————————————-nnWaited over FORTY MINUTES for one drink, one sandwich and two doughnuts. My drink was cold (but wasn’t supposed to be), my sandwich was not terrible and the donuts were decent. I don’t know why this location was so slowwwww but I hope they aren’t always that way.

  I go here almost everyday and it used to be my favorite Dunkin, but recently staff has been SO rude.. horrible costumer service

  This used to be the best Dunkin in the area. The staff was great, very friendly, made orders fast and delicious! Now, the staff is slow, isn't very nice to you, the food and drinks are terrible 9 times out of 10. I used to go out of my way to go to this location, I know go out of my way to not go here. Wasted way to much money on terrible quality drinks and terrible service.

  All in all good people working there are cool and always make the drinks and food right. Drive through is fast. But trying to order inside always takes forever to someone even knows your there. Maybe move the register over to the pickup area. That way the 4 or 5 employees all working the drive through can see when customers are waiting to order inside.
  Night time their only using the drive through register anyways so after a certain time we order at the pickup area.
  Just move the register over there so the daytime crew all working the drive through can see the customer's waiting to order inside.
