★ 5This place is an absolute gem. We had the Adult Grilled Cheese & Big Salad with Calamari & their homemade chips and it was delicious. The chips and calamari are not greasy at all and freshly made. I also tried the falafel salad and crispy wings another time and they were great, though I did add some hot sauce to the falafel. My favorite was the orange crème brûlée! Must try. Amber was our server and she is delightful. We have made it our regular spot!

★ 5From the moment I walked into Salt and Pepper, I knew I was in for something special.
Our waiter, Jason, was truly first class. Without exaggeration, he is the best server I’ve ever had. His exceptional service, personality, charm, humor, and attentiveness made the evening unforgettable. He struck the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, elevating the entire dining experience.
The chef and owner, Mary Bean, personally came to our table to greet us and talk about the meal. That personal touch made us feel valued and welcomed, like we were dining in the home of a close friend.
Every dish was delicious and beautifully plated. I sampled one starter and one entrée, and both were outstanding. The flavors were balanced, the presentation was thoughtful, and it was clear that every item on the menu is prepared with the same exceptional care and quality.
The décor is clean, classy, and inviting. The warm, welcoming feel of the restaurant creates an atmosphere where you instantly feel at home. The overall vibe is like being part of a family gathering—comfortable, relaxed, and joyful.
Concise yet carefully curated, the menu reflects confidence in the kitchen’s ability to deliver excellence across the board. Even though I only tried a couple of dishes, I have no doubt that everything offered is crafted with the same high standards.
Salt and Pepper is more than just a restaurant—it’s an experience. Between Jason’s world-class service, Mary Bean’s heartfelt hospitality, and the exquisite food, this is a place that makes you feel at home while treating you to fine dining. I cannot recommend it highly enough. -

★ 5My wife and I stopped in after reading the great reviews online as we were on our way to our hotel for the evening and we could not have been happier about the decision. The service was great and the food was amazing. I am always on the hunt for a great steak dinner and this was imo the best steak tip meal I have ever had. My wife's poached haddock was perfect as well. Thanks again to everyone who made our experience great!

★ 5I found myself in the area, and just happened to choose this spot for a solo lunch date. And WOW. The service, was seriously some of (if not THE) best I've gotten in recent memory. So kind, welcoming, personable. I was there at the best time of day, right between lunch & dinner, so the waitress and I were able to chat a bit. Foods ordered (& brought home to share with family because I coukdnt finish it all) Onion soup (incredible!!!!), grown up grilled cheese meal, & the apple cheese tart. Got to try a cucumber mint lemonade as well. Everything was amazing. I'll be making a special trip out (hours from home) to dine here again, this time with company!

★ 5Visiting friends in the area and stopped in for dinner. What delightful and delicious food!! Every meal we ordered was beautifully plated and we ate everything plus ordered dessert. We started with their delicious homemade fries on the house, then dined on Fig Salad, Bacon Burger, Shrimp scampi Risotto, Meatloaf, Country Fried Steak, Raspberry Rhubarb Pie, Chocolate cake and Gingerbread!! Yummy to the last bite!
