★ 5What an amazing breakfast I had here on a Sunday morning! I had the dark hot chocolate and the Lost Eggs with mushrooms (they also have a ham option that looked amazing). The parmesan and breadcrumb crust on top is crunchy and salty... hiding a wonderful nest of creamed fresh spinach, 2 soft eggs, and flavorful mushrooms; all served in the cast iron pan it was cooked in... get this... right in front of you! Get a seat at the counter to watch the staff work quickly and efficiently in this open kitchen. The place is spotlessly clean, well organized, and the workers all function harmoniously even during a busy breakfast service. What a well-oiled machine they've got going here! They also have a full bar with many interesting drinks (I skipped only because is was nursing a hangover from a house party the night before) I drove clear from Hillsboro to try this place, and it was definitely worth the trip. I already can't wait to return!

★ 4It was a rainy Saturday. Their coffee station was wet and there was like an hour wait so we went to the coffee shop up the street to stay warm. The menu had a wide variety of delicious sounding food. I got a mulled wine, lost egg with shaved ham and gluten free toast, Danish pancakes, and a pickled plate. The breakfast was good and the lunch options looked yummy as well so may have to try that next time. There is a mandatory 20% gratuity added to every bill. something about being able to pay their servers a fair wage but I think since they know they are getting mandatory gratuity they don't really have to work for it. So u may have trouble getting ur server's attention when u need it. Our server was nice and helpful but when she wasn't around the others weren't helping with simple things like extra napkins or a bag for our leftovers we had to walk a block in the rain back to our car with. I enjoyed it when we got in and would love to try their lunch but it may be a while before I am back.

This is an outstanding breakfast/brunch experience...food is outstanding here! Try the aebleskivers...damn they are good! Pork Hash is delicious! Cocktails and coffee drinks are great here as well.
The service is genuine and kind. They run a good spot here and I highly recommend anything on the menu. -

★ 5Worth the wait. Swedish hash with the smoked trout is outstanding. Loved the Finnish porridge and the mixed drinks. The Hollander is definitely worth trying. Highly recommend for a weekend brunch.
