  This was the absolute best McDonald's l've been at. Was there with buddies and stayed there after in store closing time which would've normally bugged the workers. But this one guy as we were leaving said he was heating cookies for us and he gave us all fresh cookies. Super great experience definitely recommend this location if you ever hit Vermont!

  Came in for a late snack, man such a great vibe especially in drive thru, love it when they greet you with such good energy, you will definitely like the vibe when Jose is working, Jose you da man !

  Today I made a purchase of 4 Value Meals. I waited but not too long, I received my food portion of my order and NO Drinks. I waited a few minutes longer and finally asked the girl at the counter politely where my drinks were? She told me that she did not take my order and that I needed to show my receipt. She was standing at the counter while I placed my order. I showed my receipt; was given a hard time as they now had to pour 4 drinks. I asked for two of them to be with no ice and the girl snapped back at me that they could only do that with Manger approval. Being now irritated I requested to speak to the Manager. She came forward. I explained why I was unhappy. Requested two drinks with no ice, and she refused. The girl at the counter stated that she had not taken my order. She was partially correct. The girl she replaced was taken from the counter mid-order and sent to another job. The manager asked what drinks I had ordered rather than looking at my receipt as they seem very anal about; and as she was filling the drink order the original counter person told her that I had ordered Root beers for the order.
  I give this a 1 star at Best! Complete lack of cooperation, coordination, and Team leadership. Rude personnel and the Manager did nothing to honor my very simple request of no ice in two drinks. Way to treat costumers after you folks make a mistake! I will tell all of my enemies as I will not recommend them to my friends!

  Without a doubt the best McDonald's I've been to. I work in the area and my client go to weekly treat is McDonald's. Customer service is top notch they have helped me with everything from the app crashing and charging me multiple times to a friendly smile whenever we come in. Keep up the great work guys

  Dirtiest kids play area/playground I've ever seen in a mcdonald's. Perhaps they should goto the dollar store and buy a broom and a mop. Old food left at table. Bathroom might have been cleaned this year.
