  This is the best Starbucks location that I've ever been to. They are routinely super friendly. Today, we had a snowstorm blowing in. I figured I'd jump out real quick and try to get my usual Pike Place. They were just in the middle of closing due to the inclement weather, so figured it was too late. But Jordan, Olivia, Audrey and Kanaan went ahead and made me a custom Pike anyway, even as they were cleaning up and heading home. These guys are simply the best, and why I go back every day.

  Love this starbucks. Staff are super smiley and polite. They are patient with people like me who can't decide on what to get. And they do y mess up your orders even while they are busy.

  Day trip to Vermont, I was so happy to see the new Starbucks in Bennington. We ordered ahead but our drinks weren't ready yet. They had us park in the pickup spot and brought our drinks out for us. I thought they did a great job. Thank you

  Horrible customer service at this location. Rude baristas who will belittle you for asking them to remake a drink that they messed up. Aila, the shift manager, is the rudest person I have ever dealt and she should not be in a position that deals with the public.
  I did call and make a formal complaint with corporate and the district manager.
  
  Also fyi: they delete any bad reviews you leave so I will continue leaving my review so that everyone can see not to frequent the 108 Northside Dr location.

  The staff here are outstanding! They know me and has my order ready for me and I don’t even have to say it before they know my order . Best experience I could ask
