  Unfortunately, this location only gets a one-star rating, the place is filthy, and worn out. Time for renovation! Only a couple small tables inside. Bathrooms are gross. More importantly, I stood and waited for someone to take my order at a virtually empty counter, the two employees seemed too busy with one or two drive-thru orders to come take my order. This happens here frequently. I just turned around and left after almost 5 minutes of waiting. Probably should have used the app. On a positive note, Tesla superchargers on location (it the only reason I come to this location)🔌⚡

  Sat at the drive through for a about 5 mins no one came on the speaker. Went inside to order a regular black coffee. Coffee was definitely the richer roast and was warm, not hot not fresh not regular cofee

  The staff were kinda nice, but just kind of avoided me too. I should not have to wait 20 minutes (11-11:20) for a meal deal. doordash or not. this was insane, and i’ve done better by my self in three dunkin stores this isn’t coming from someone who hasn’t done it before. But that’s why i tried to be nice, but this was insane, for ten minutes i saw an empty drive through, the exact reason i came in. I should NEVER have to tell you that im here for a mobile order, it should be done when i get there. I watched multiple walk in customers come in and leave before i could. disgraceful.

  Honestly. I ordered an XL hot French vanilla hot coffee((they gave me a regular coffee with 6 creams and 6 sugars) they forgot my iced mocha ((had to walk inside and they put it on the pick up order when the sticker said drive thru)) and a small iced coffee French vanilla ((they gave me a small hot coffee regular)) if your not going to listen to your customers order you shouldn't be on the window. I had walked inside ((not busy at all)) no one was around to help me at the counter.. I payed 22 dollars for 2 donuts 1 bacon egg and cheese bagel and 3 drinks...I for sure will never go to this dunkin ever again

  If I could give no stars i would. I understand being under staff, but it’s been like this forever. Most the employees are truly incompetent at their job, including counting change. Went there last week that was my last straw with them. Ordering took forever, even though there was barely anyone there. Then proceed to get the order wrong we asked for the extra hash browns that we ordered. One of the ladies asked to check the bag again which we already have because it was already empty at that time. They took five months to give us the extra hash brown, and then proceeded to throw it through the drive-through window at us. Corporate seriously needs to check both locations because they’re absolutely horrible!
