  We needed a smaller lunch and ordered a 5 piece tender with seasoned fries. For dipping sauces, we chose garlic truffle parm, which was good, and blueberry thai chili, which was delicious. For seasoned fries we did chipotle maple brown sugar and I will only ever order them that way. The chicken was flaky, the batter was a great texture and thickness, and they gave plenty of sauce fornboth chicken and fries. I’d happily return on a future trip.

  Craving Raising Cane's and thought this might do the trick. A little disappointed. Service was so slow and the sauces left much to be desired. Biscuits were very hard and dry and the breading on the chicken wasn't that great 💁‍♀️ fries were good though!

  My girlfriend and I stumbled upon Maine Chick when we were visiting Bar Harbor in September and were happy we did. It’s tucked away in the heart of the downtown shopping district and is located approximately 2 or 3 blocks from the waterfront. Maine Chick’s menu has something for everyone’s taste buds. The chicken sandwiches & fries are phenomenal. I chose the Jerk chic sandwich w/maple brown sugar fries & slaw. My gf chose the buffalo chic sandwich w/apple brown sugar fries & mac n cheese. We were so full n happy that we stopped to give The Maine Chick a try.

  I’d never go to a chicken place in Maine if not for my fried chicken & French fry loving son but am so glad we did. The chicken cordon blue sandwich was amazing! The chicken was juicy and perfectly portioned and the ham was layered, shaved ham with a slight char. My husband’s lobster roll got the blueberry chicken sandwich but we ended up splitting mine because it was so good - but he also finished his too. The 10 year old gave it two thumbs up. Fries were very good too. A fun spot when you’re wanting something other than seafood in Bar Harbor

  I got a meal that came with tenders, fries, and a biscuit. I don't remember the exact name of it. For breaded chicken, it was very light and it wasn't too heavy a meal. I could tell the meat was fresh and high quality. The biscuit was dry, but it came with butter and was well seasoned which made it taste better. My sister got the grilled chicken option and she really enjoyed her meal. She said it was very refreshing.
  
  It was one of the only places I could find in this area that wasn't going to drain my wallet. Every food option is expensive in Bar Harbor, as a girl who doesn't enjoy seafood I was very excited to see this restaurant when I was hiding from the rain.
