If you are visiting Atlanta, and enjoy great food, in a great atmosphere, with great service, and a great community based story, this is your spot. The fish and grits were out of this world, and so was the gumbo, but let me tell you about those little beignet bites! OMG, never in my life have I had anything so delicate, decadent, and absolutely delicious. I could go on, the fresh pressed juices and so much more, we will definitely return to try other menu items. The visit would not have been complete without the warm hospitality of our server Tristin, who expertly guided us to every decision and Martin who shared the vision and history. A good time was had.

Tristin was DELIGHTFUL! And the food? To DIE for. I felt genuinely like I was in France. Excellent service and a comprehensive orientation to the menu was provided by Tristin prior to ordering. The beignets melted in our mouths and were so juicy and buttery. The Marche Latte was stellar, albeit a smidge sweet. The lobster fritters were good but definitely a little pricey. The trio platter of chicken and waffles was a good compromise for a group that was sharing. Our party collectively agreed that Tristin was of the best waitstaff members we have ever had, and should be recognized and promoted for their strong efforts. We felt like we are at home!

Visited on a rainy Sunday around 11. It was not crowded, maybe because of the rain or daylight savings. There is a small free parking lot. The inside space is cute. Would’ve loved to sit on the patio if it hadn’t been raining.

The beignets were excellent, easily the highlight of the meal. The grits bowl was just OK.

Drinks were quite expensive. (Every drink on the menu was $9, I believe.) I ordered the apple pie matcha, which was good, but it came with cinnamon even though I asked for no cinnamon.

One thing that surprised me was the water situation. They only offer bottled water for $5 and do not provide tap water. I am not sure if there are local water issues, but filtered tap water feels like a necessary option to offer.

Overall, the experience was fine, but it did not feel like good value for the price as it ended up being $80+ for 2 people.

I stopped by Le Petit Marche for an impromptu brunch. The coffee was steaming, the food was hot, the staff were friendly and attentive, the music was smooth, and the space was clean. Hands down a 10/10 experience. This was my first visit since the change in ownership some years ago. The welcoming vibe of the restaurant is still present, including a community wall in the back paying homage to the founder. The menu has so many amazing options it was hard to choose so I went with one of my favorites from the original menu, the vanilla French toast sandwich which was delicious. I’m typically a home cooking person, but Le Petit Marche will definitely be in my rotation for those occasional dining out moments.

I had such a nice time here for a Galentine’s brunch with my friends!
I noticed the quaint spot about 5yrs ago while I was staying in Kirkwood on a trip and knew I needed to visit one day. Bonus that it is also a Black owned business as well with a sweet origin story!
There are plenty of places to sit including back and front dining areas and an outside patio.
I can definitely see this being a great place to hold bookclub meetings, tea parties, cute birthday gatherings, and more!
Menu had plenty to choose from and everything sounded delicious and was reasonably priced. Service and management were great too!
Don’t be afraid to stop in; I’m so glad that my friends and I did!
