My friend stumbled upon this spot while going to the Verizon store. Seeing as we were hungry, we decided to check it out. Let me tell you Augies did not disappoint. I mean from the minute we walked in the staff was extremely friendly. The young lady suggested her favorites from their menu and gave us time to decide. The music was great, but the food was to die for. My friend ordered the salmon and grits while I choose the catfish and grits. We got a side of French toast, and eggs. It was like love at first bite the flavors kept coming. I one hundred percent recommend this place for anybody in the Atlanta area. It is a must stop for me and my friends. I mean I I think I'm going to make a reel that's how good it was. Best of luck to this black owned establishment!

This was our first visit here and they didn’t disappoint. The food was all freshly cooked and amazing flavor. Just ran across this place online searching for breakfast spots. Great music too! Definitely a great choice!

This is a hidden gem! Small yet comfortable Brunch/Lunch spot with old school R&B moderately playing in the background & TV's with your favorite throwback shows. The food is delicious, fresh & hot! The drinks are flowing & services is top notch! Yep this place is Top Tier

We’re in Georgia for just one night and stopped at Augie’s Breakfast Bar this morning — so glad we did!
The food was fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. Everything came out perfectly and the service was friendly and welcoming.
Such a great find while traveling. We would definitely come back!

Angie’s Cafe is a small, quaint spot with a cozy atmosphere and outdoor seating. The service was good and our waitress was attentive throughout the meal.

The food was excellent my steak (medium well) was cooked perfectly, and my daughter couldn’t stop raving about the potatoes. The grits and cheese were also very flavorful. Overall, everything we tried had great taste and quality.

We went on a Sunday around 11:30 AM, and it got very crowded not long after. In fact, some people ended up leaving because of the wait. That said, I respect that the kitchen took the time to prepare the food right instead of just rushing it out.

If you don’t mind waiting during peak hours, this little gem is definitely worth a visit for the great food and friendly service.
