★ 4It was my first time visit but my sorority sisters had been to the one in Savannah, GA. Its a nice brunch place and the food was delicious. If you love grits, I highly suggest the grits with cheese. Its buttery and I didnt have to add extra salt. I also tried the chicken apple sausage and I that was delicious as well. If you like a good ole old fashion than this is the place. The manger came over to check in. One of my sisters got the chicken and waffles and her chicken was burnt but the compensated her with some fresh fried chicken. My other sisters order the shrimp omelets but they wish it was more shrimp. My other sister order the pancakes she said they were delicious, huge and thin not that fluffy but filling. Our server Erin C, was pleasant and delightful. She was quick and kept checking in on us. Overall if back in town, I wouldn't mind going back.

★ 3Toast! All Day was an interesting restaurant, but I didn’t have the greatest dining experience here. There must have been a miscommunication between staff members, because after we were seated, nobody came to serve our table, and we had to ask for a server. We weren’t the only people that this happened to, as another group of patrons sat next to us, and then got up and left after not being served for an extended period of time.
After flagging down a server, the experience was fine, but nothing spectacular. Out waitress wasn’t very attentive, which was a little frustrating because we were on a timeline. This was kind of disappointing, because I really did like the ambiance of the restaurant, and it would have been nice if the experience was representative of that. They had a really cool open-air brick oven for pizzas, and I loved the aesthetic of the bar as well. Luckily, they had a few IPAs in a can, and my friend said that their drink was pretty good as well.
All-in-all, Toast! All Day was a cool restaurant, but the poor communication between staff members kind of put a damper on the experience. I would be willing to come back and give it another shot in the future, however. -

★ 5Great experience at Toast All Day in Charleston. The service was fantastic—our server Erin was incredible and made the whole meal even better. The food was good and came out quickly. Definitely a great spot for breakfast or brunch.

Every server we’ve had is wonderful !
All the pizzas are great, we also love the blackened chicken sandwich if you get there before 3 , as well as their beignets! -

★ 4We ordered different breakfast dishes—my husband got the breakfast burger, which he really enjoyed, and I ordered the classic Benedict. Unfortunately, the Benedict wasn’t quite what I was hoping for. The biscuit it came with just wasn’t my favorite.
The service was good overall. We asked for half an avocado for our baby, and they brought it out, which we really appreciated. There was a little confusion at the beginning when we first arrived—when I asked about half an avocado, the waitress wasn’t sure if they have avocados, and there was also some confusion about lemonade. At first we were told they didn’t have it, but later learned they actually did.
The prices were reasonable for Charleston, and overall it was a good experience.
