  This is the cutest and most darling little biscuit shop. While it may be a small establishment, they are doing big things! They are serving the most delicious biscuits we have ever tasted. While you can’t go wrong with any of the classics, we were head over heels in love with the biscuit that had the goat cheese, blackberry jam, and arugula. While the combination may sound unusual, trust me, this is THE biscuit you don’t want to miss out on. The sausage, egg, and pimento cheese biscuit was also a solid choice, but we still both preferred the one mentioned earlier. In addition to great biscuits, huge shoutout to the staff here. While the line can be long (just because the storefront is small), the staff keep the line moving, take orders quickly, and deliver food promptly… top that off with their great attitude and they have created a fantastic customer experience. Well done!!!

  I had a weekend trip to Charleston. I buy these biscuits at the grocery store and was excited to see a storefront for Callie's Hot Little Biscuit. It is small but there is a bar that holds 4 stools. I ordered the hot honey chicken biscuit with the honey on the side. Hubby had grits which he said were good. We ordered regular buttermilk biscuits and gluten-free biscuits to go. Friendly staff.

  I was visiting Charleston and decided to try out Callie's for a biscuit breakfast sandwich. This was the best decision I could have made. I got the sausage, egg, pimento biscuit and came back the next day for it again. I got to meet the owner and the staff was so nice. Definitely check this place out for an amazingly delicious biscuit sandwich.

  Tasty biscuits!! The breakfast sandwiches were.m a bit on the dry side. My favorite was getting the sampler of several individual biscuits (not the sandwiches). The cinnamon biscuit and biscuit with jam were top notch!

  Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit is the perfect Charleston breakfast spot! The biscuits are warm, flaky, and full of flavor. We not only built our own breakfast biscuits but got the flavored mini biscuits! Definitely a must-try experience to start your day right.
