  Will & Co. Cafe is a lock for breakfast on the south shore. It's worth the wait if there's a line. Our server was very attentive, friendly, and she provided excellent service. I ordered the Hash Brown benedict, and the portions were generous. My coffee was always full, and they have an abundance of drink options. The quality of the food and the amazing staff are what keeps me coming back.

  We expected there to be a waiting line so decided to drive by and check. lucked out with a spot in front and no waiting. Sunday at around 8:30. Our server Hunter was so helpful as it was out first visit. We both got the Jamaican me crazy coffe that was so good. we got the eggs Benedict and I modified and had the special hash on English Benedict. Oh, and on a whim we got there side of bacon that was out of this world good. smoky, sweet, and just the right amount of heat. So good. The ham on the traditional Benedict was better than lots I have tried. The special hash was a little too processed and more mush than I would have preferred but taste was nice. No complaints. We felt we were lucky to have been able to eat breakfast here.

  Just off bustling downtown Plymouth is a new age diner named Will & Co. We had visited once before and the wait was over an hour, so we decided to come back in the offseason to try this local legend. I sure am glad we did, because everything about this establishment was exceptional! After a short 5-10 minute wait, we were seated at a table enjoying a cappuccino and house-made pomegranate green tea. It was a packed house, even in February, so it was understandable it took 20-30 minutes to receive our meals. They too were worth the wait, as the house made hollandaise and pancakes were both exceptional. We WILL definitely return soon!

  I was so excited to get the best Gluten Free breakfast! Will & Co. had a separate gluten free menu and the kitchen does their best to avoid cross contamination. The waitress was very helpful and the food was delicious. They even had gluten free French toast:)

  Cozy little spot downtown! Didnt have to wait too long! Little pricey for breakfast but was still a great meal! Love how the pancakes/waffles/French toast come with a meat side. Lot of great coffee and tea options as well
