Union Biscuit is an amazing breakfast spot we discovered on a recent trip to Las Vegas, and wow, what a find! The dining room is super cute with cozy booth seating. Ordering is easy: you place your order at the register, grab your number, and they deliver the food right to your table.

Everything we tried was damn delicious. The Shrimp and Grits had great Cajun flavor with those little peppers adding the perfect kick. The French Sausage Biscuit was fantastic, and that brown sugar bacon… WOW. The house-made pork sausage was also incredibly flavorful.

I wasn’t in the mood for coffee, so I went with the watermelon lemonade, which was refreshing and very tasty.

We visit Vegas often, and while this was our first time here, it definitely won’t be our last. Honestly… I just wish we had a Union Biscuit in Orlando!

Finally, a local spot that does biscuits and gravy without sausage...and does it right. If you’re a biscuit-and-gravy lover who’s vegetarian or vegan, this place is a must. The gravy is rich, flavorful, and satisfying without relying on meat, which is surprisingly hard to find done well.
Beyond that, the menu has a great variety: eggs, sweet options, savory plates. So there’s something for everyone. I’ve been here several times now, and the food is consistently delicious, well-seasoned, and generously portioned, all at very reasonable prices.
The atmosphere is clean, chic, and welcoming. It’s kid-friendly, perfect for meeting up with friends, or even settling in to get some work done from the café.
Highly recommend checking it out! You’ll thank me. 😉 bonus tip, you have to try their hot sauce. Forgive me, I can’t remember the name but you'll know what I'm talking about when you ask for it. 🌶😊

We didn't realize it, but we arrived 30 before they were closing. They were kind enough to let us in and order. The cashier/waitress show no after it frustration that we were messing you their closing time.

The food was ok, not sure if they were rushing to close, but it all came out lukewarm or cold.

The biscuits didn't have much flavor. The breakfast sandwich was really good. But slightly cold. The beignets were warm and delicious. The Korean chicken was ok but lukewarm.

I'll have to come back and try when it's not before closing time.

My husband and I visited Union Biscuit today. The experience was pleasant and everything was perfectly fine, but it’s probably not somewhere we’ll return.

For us, the biscuit-to-chicken ratio felt a bit off, with quite a bit more biscuit than chicken, which made the sandwich feel a little heavy. We also found ourselves wishing the biscuit and chicken tasted a bit more freshly made, as the overall flavor didn’t quite have that just-prepared feel.

The staff was friendly and the visit was enjoyable overall, but the food just didn’t quite stand out enough for us to make it a repeat stop.

We ordered the Uber eats and all of the food arrived within 45 minutes and was fresh and still warm. The size of the biscuits is incredible – the size of your hand opened up! Also they had gluten-free options which were light and an amazing taste we were very impressed with the quality of the food.
