We visited Neighbours a few times in November/December 2025 and somehow never wrote a review — but it’s been stuck in our heads ever since. This quickly became one of our favourite spots for drinks and brunch.

The ube matcha drink alone is worth a trip. We’ve been travelling across the country this winter and nothing else has come close. At one point, we seriously considered making a huge detour just to circle back to Vegas for another one — that good. Please keep it on the menu; we’d be heartbroken if it’s only seasonal when we return!

The food is just as memorable. The chimichurri steak and eggs is a brunch must-order, and the cinnamon roll is huge, fluffy, and unforgettable.

Great vibes, amazing drinks, and brunch we still talk about months later — Neighbours is absolutely one of those places you can’t forget. Can’t wait to come back!

My parents and I thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast experience at Neighbors. We were almost diss귭 from trying it by the long line out the door on Sunday at prime brunch time (11 AM), but the line was just the line to order food, after which the wait was minimal. They have good options for breakfast, and I would say there’s something for everyone. We really enjoyed the fall seasonal banana pancakes along with the Mediterranean influence on some of the dishes. Our one critique with the Shakshuka would be to put less tomato, since it was quite overpowering in the dish.

Overall, I understand the hype and would totally recommend giving Neighbors a try!

AMBIENCE: tucked away in unassuming corner, is this place is minimally decorated. Big windows all around gives it a light and bright atmosphere.
FOOD: On two separate occasions, I ordered shakshuka and the labneh. Both similar in flavor profile, either dish is a good choice. I especially liked their hibiscus lemonade.
OVERALL: Service was good on both occasions, and I noticed staff is quick to clean up tables for the next set of people I think the only negative would be the line to order can get long.

Wow the espresso based drinks here are tops in Vegas. Definitely order the shakshouka! We ate four of the pastries….all excellent. Definitely a must visit if you live (or even don’t live) in the local area! We are regulars!

As a local who loves to dine out, I needed a place to impress my out of town guest, and this place nailed it!
We went on a Saturday morning so of course it was busy but not too crowded that we couldn’t order and be seated within 10 minutes of arriving.

The pastry selection at the order counter gave us too many options but we settled on the chocolate eclair and the strawberry pop tart. Great options if you want contrast: one was very sweet and creamy and the other, well, just like a pop tart but much more gourmet!

Our entrees were quickly served , warm and the perfect texture. Chilaquiles and burritos are easy to make soggy but these orders were just right!

To top it off, I had the cinnamon honey latte and he had the iced brown sugar latte. Excellent proportions of sweet, cafe, and creaminess.

Definitely keeping this atop my list for out of town friends to visit as well as those lazy mornings we don’t want to cook!
