  I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and it made me feel sick. I have attached a photo of the sandwich. I called the business to let them know, because I have eaten here many times before, and I didn’t want to leave a bad review of a local business. Instead of apologizing or offering any solution, the owner of the store screamed at me over the phone, told me I’m insane, and hung up on me. I live in Truro and frequent the store, so I am very shocked and upset to be talked to like this by a local business owner. I don’t recommend going here if you expect a business that cares about the quality of their food or respects their local customers.

  Have to surmise that the owner is just super-greedy given how overpriced everything is. Worst chocolate chip cookies I've ever eaten. Cheap t-shirts are $35. Condiments are double priced. Staff is lackadaisical and expect a tip for standing at the cash register. The whole place reeks of greedy. Truly sad.

  I went in the store for corn. They did not have any veggies except for a couple of cucumbers and a tomato. They didn’t even have a can of corn. I bought three croissants and a bag of tortilla chips and my bill was over $24. I understand…Cape Cod, summer…ok. I get it. Whatever.
  What I couldn’t believe was prompting me for a tip! At the cash register of a general store?
  I received an email asking about my experience. I was honest. I said “seriously, a tip jar?”nThey wrote me back and said “It’s not that serious”nThey couldn’t care less about customer service. They would rather you not even go in the store. Stop bothering them.

  Their hours listed on Google Maps are wrong. They have a sign on the door, they have Fall hours and are only open on weekends. They should come on here and update the hours. While I was there today, 2 other people came to shop there.
