  I loved the small town vibe and how the staff knew their regulars. The sandwiches were great. My daughter appreciated the multiple vegetarian options and nut-free brownies. The price felt steep but matches the area. Having a puppy, we appreciated the outdoor seating as well which not everywhere has in the off season.

  I'm not a huge fan of lobster (forgive me), but the lobster roll here was outrageously delicious. The best one I've had (and I've had quite a few b/c my family is into them, and they have me try them every time to convince me of how good lobster is). The Paul Revere was also quite good and easy to eat while driving since it was a wrap. Reasonably priced, very tasty, a quick -- couldn't ask for much more!

  Excellent breakfast sandwiches! Made to order with fresh ingredients. The service was fast and friendly. Added bonus the coffee was excellent!

  Great spot for delicious sandwiches and snacks just outside of Provincetown. Super friendly staff as well.

  Yum. This place was very good. I got the veggie sandwich with the basil infused lemonade. The bread was not freshly made there but it did look pretty fresh. Great pricing too.
