★ 5Went for breakfast, was quiet with loads of available seating. Staff were super professional and polite. Breakfast menu was pretty extensive with lots of choice for everyone.
French toast was incredible, too much to finish, but tasted great, with coffee being topped up over and over.
Chilled vibe when I attended with some good service and great food, for breakfast at least definitely worth giving them a go, the dinner menu looks as tasty! -

★ 5Overall, we had a good experience at Title and I’d still give it five stars, but there are a couple of areas that could be improved.
When we first walked in, the gentleman at the front greeted us and asked if he could help. We jokingly mentioned that we were starving, and the response felt a bit awkward. Nothing major, but a warmer or more lighthearted reply would have set a better first impression.
We were seated promptly as a party of four and placed a full order including appetizers and entrées. Unfortunately, everything came out at the same time, which made the meal feel rushed. Additionally, the burgers were overcooked compared to how they were ordered. Fish N Chips were gluten free & wife enjoyed very much.
On the positive side, our waitress was very kind and handled the situation well by offering complimentary desserts, which we appreciated. The oysters were good as well — though if I’m being honest, they didn’t quite measure up to Buck & Rider in Scottsdale (still solid, just a high bar to compare to).
Overall, good food, great service from our server, and a nice atmosphere. With a little more attention to pacing and execution, this place could be excellent. -

★ 5Hearty portions, lots of options, great service, good value for downtown. The breakfast potatoes are baked, smashed and seasoned 😋 Too many to eat alongside a large omelette. Oatmeal was delicious. Added fresh fruit instead of brown sugar and the raspberries were the size of strawberries! Definitely recommend for breakfast.

★ 5The dining experience at this restaurant was highly enjoyable, with the food standing out for its quality and thoughtful preparation. The burger, in particular, was cooked perfectly and presented in a way that allowed customization without overwhelming the sandwich with fillings, giving a balanced and flavorful bite every time. The fish dish was also well-prepared—cooked to perfection and full of flavor, demonstrating the kitchen’s attention to detail and skill.
While the desserts were somewhat less memorable, the rest of the meal more than made up for it. Every dish reflected fresh ingredients and careful preparation, creating a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience.
The staff were friendly, approachable, and attentive, enhancing the overall visit. Their helpfulness and professionalism contributed to a welcoming atmosphere, making this restaurant a solid choice for a casual yet high-quality meal. Overall, it’s a place worth visiting for thoughtfully prepared food and excellent service. -

★ 4The brussels sprouts were enjoyable, while the halibut was just okay. The atmosphere felt a bit dated, with furniture that could use an update. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired—servers took a long time to approach the table, take our orders, and deliver the food. Overall, the food was decent, but it fell short of being exceptional.
