★ 5the banana caramel french toast was SUCH a treat. the sweet crunch of the granola was AMAZING, with a blend of buttery pistachios, almonds, raisins, cashews, pumpkin seeds. the bread was warm, soft, and fluffy with crispy edges and drizzled with gooey caramel sauce, with a hint of saltiness.
the pesto steak sandwich was also a favourite, with SUPER tender, hot steak with warm melted cheese, sandwiched between really fragrant, soft doughy bread. the pesto aioli was fresh and a great complement as well ! the fries on the side were nice and thin and crispy too ! -

★ 5Went here with a party of 7. Our server was really nice!
We got their Mediterranean omelette and beet salad.
Food was overall pretty good. Their potatoes were nice and crispy.
The only thing was that the restaurant is really crowded. Hard to sit straight lol -

★ 5Our family of 4 was visiting Boston for the first time and saw this place had great reviews. Went on a weekday around 1045am for brunch. Greeted right away and seated immediately. Nice, unique and cozy place. Got our food right away. Pancakes, breakfast burrito, burrata caprese toast and teriyaki stir fry were all fantastic. Also, highly recommend the Caramel and Banana French Toast with house made granola! We ordered it and we all shared it. It was completely gone. Amazing stuff and I'm still thinking about it. Staff was attentive to our needs, food came out quick and price was fair. We will definitely be back!

★ 5The breakfast served was fresh, expertly prepared, and exceptionally palatable. The establishment is rather compact, offering limited and closely arranged seating. The service provided was satisfactory. We experienced no waiting period upon our arrival, however, a queue had formed outside the premises as we departed.

★ 5The Paramount is a really nice place to have breakfast, with great retro vibes that make it feel fun and welcoming. The food was nice overall, although it could be even better with a bit more seasoning. The Mediterranean omelette was really good and definitely worth ordering. Service was friendly and fast, which is always a big plus, so kudos to the team for that. Overall, the experience was very good and it’s a breakfast spot I would definitely recommend.
