★ 1Very disappointed with the direction Subway is going. Getting rid of the reward program where customers could earn a footlong was a bad move. Prices are already way too high, and when a footlong is pushing close to $20, taking away one of the few good customer perks feels wrong. It seems like the program was removed because it was too generous, which says a lot.
I want to be clear that the staff are always friendly, and this is not about them. They do a good job. This is about the company making choices that push loyal customers away.
On top of that, the quality of the meats and overall food just does not feel like it matches the price anymore. Subway really needs to go back to the drawing board and figure out how to make the brand feel worth visiting again.
A lot of people miss the old Subway. There used to be a certain nostalgia to it — the smell when you walked in, the feeling that you were getting something fresh, and the sense that it was a place you wanted to come back to. Now it just feels like American greed at its finest.
Subway needs to focus less on taking things away from customers and more on improving quality, value, and the overall experience. -

★ 3The sandwiches we got were great and your typical subway sandwiches. HOWEVER the ft long nachos are a joke. We got these last night and the amount of nachos is clearly one of their small bags of chips tossed into a box. It didnt even have jalapenos or anything other than cheese and chicken. At the price point and amount you get might as well just make your own at home. Not worth paying someone else to make dorm nachos.

★ 3I love this subway, but now that they dont participate with the deals through the app, I dont go there. I went there 2-3 times a week when I could order through the app and get the deals. Please go back to participating with app deals so I can eat here again

★ 1I ordered Subway through there app today and it was canceled. A few weeks ago we received our order and it was soggy not toasted at all. I called and the team member graciously talk to a manager and refunded our whole order. This was the first time I have had an issue. I ordered it again last week no problem was toasted and fine. I ordered today on my 1 hr lunch break and after waiting over 30 minutes I got a call from Jason (store manager) stating that due to our previous complaint he was canceling my order. I said what we had it last week with no issue. He said you have not even gotten food today and you are complaining ? I said only thing I put in notes is that delivery driver to get cash tip on delivery would not let me put it in app. He said i made your order last time and I said it was great last time. He proceeded and said to no longer order from them and hung up. I tried to call back and they would not answer. I used my husband phone tried to explain that we have ordered and eaten since the complaint with no issues and now you are refusing me service. He said do not order from us again and hung up on me. I one was not able to eat on my lunch had not time left. I think the owner should be aware that their employees are refusing service to a paying customer. I hope this review makes it to Bill. I am just blown away that a manager would be as rude as he was and treated how he wants when it is not his business.
