  Usually don’t wait for 30 minutes for just a snackwrap, small fry and two milkshakes. Workers were just ignoring eat in customers and rolling their eyes, and giving attitude if anyone even came up to the counter. If you want your order taken, sit in the drive thru for an hour since none of the workers know how to communicate.

  The drive through workers in the morning/early afternoon are friendly and efficient. Your order is taken quickly and is always put together very neatly. You don't wait long and you never have ketchup-smeared or lopsided burgers. As far as a fast food restaurant goes, this one is a great location to go to because the workers obviously care about the quality of their work.

  Food was delicious it's not easy working at a fast food restaurant so shout out to all the employees around the world. Without you all we wouldn't be able to enjoy it

  Come here most days for lunch since its on the way to work, you guys double checked my food and still only gave me half of my meal.
  Over $10 for for a medium 9 meal and you couldnt bother to give me fries. Ill be down after work to have my meal remade or get a refund

  Extremely disappointing experience time and time again. The drive-thru wait consistently ranges from 30 to 60 minutes, even during non-peak hours. The service is poor, and what’s most frustrating is that there appears to be plenty of staff inside — yet many of them are just standing around, chatting or doing very little, while customers are stuck waiting endlessly.
  
  This location seems to lack proper management and urgency. It’s clear that the issue isn’t understaffing, but rather a complete lack of efficiency and customer care. For a fast-food restaurant, it’s anything but fast.
  
  If you’re in a hurry or expecting even average service, you’re better off going elsewhere.
