We went in for brunch on a weekday and it was perfect! The lighting, decor, and atmosphere were relaxing and uplifting at the same time.
We got the whipped feta (bonus for dairy-free people because there's a lot of fluffy bread, veggies, and olive oil to dip the bread into), kale miso caesar w parm on the side, truffle mushroom toast, and the crispy chicken sandwich (eaten too fast to photograph). Everything was delicious and the kale caesar had my favorite tiny little red peppers on top!
Big shout-out to Jonathan!! He was such a positive energy and such a gem inside this gem! Also appreciated the person with nifty glasses and a chic maroon blazer but they asked us how the food was and attentively listened to the answer. Restaurants are about hospitality (and the food which was almost as good as the hospitality/service) and they both soared in this department.

The vibe of this spot is so cool. We wanted to have a cool, different dinner experience while in Newport that we couldn’t have just anywhere and this definitely lived up to that! The calamari was the best we’ve ever had & the sushi was amazing. Great mocktail options too!

We came for brunch during the off season (winter) and overall were pretty disappointed. The service was very, very slow despite not all the tables being full. Our appetizers looked appealing and were good, though nothing spectacular. Entrees were okay, again nothing memorable and not very flavorful. The place itself is very pretty but the value just wasn’t there.

i sort of had a complex about the best restaurants in RI being in providence but since visiting Stoneacre, I’ve had to reconsider… my husband and I had the loveliest dinner here & can’t wait to return back. every dish & drink we got were 10/10, the team is super kind and I think there’s something for everyone. if you find yourself in Newport this is a memorable dinner!

We had such a wonderful experience at Stoneacre Brasserie after our son’s baptism yesterday. With the rain completely changing our plans, we suddenly needed a last-minute place that could accommodate a large group — and Stoneacre could not have been more gracious, welcoming, and helpful.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating with our children, which made the whole afternoon feel relaxed and joyful rather than stressful. It’s rare to find a restaurant that feels both elevated and genuinely family-friendly, but Stoneacre struck that balance perfectly.

And the food — absolutely outstanding. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully done. You can tell there’s real care put into both the menu and the overall experience.

We left feeling so grateful and cared for. Thank you to the entire team for helping make such a special family day even more memorable. We can’t wait to come back.
