  So I don’t usually leave a review but I had left a different Starbucks and I picked up my dogs and I was like I need some water for them so I decided to pull it right into this Starbucks and I got into the drive-through and I was gonna order a cheese danish and I made the joke. I actually just need water for my dogs and I literally just left a Starbucks and they’re like you don’t need to buy anything so that your dogs can have water you’re good and they gave my dogs a tall glass of water which was fantastic and magical so I just wanted to say that that’s really great and I’m very appreciative of it and so is pickles chili and peanut🤗

  I walked in and there was no eye contact. 1 walked over to the counter and the Tall gentleman had is head down there was a girlnWorking the drive thru window and I was actually standing there for 12 mins with no acknowledgment and the place was empty no lines, just me.
  
  Very disappointing service after standing there for now 14 mins the girl working the drive thru window look at her co worker a then greeted me and still the tall blonde headed guy never once looked up.
  I felt like I was a bother to him.
  
  All he had to do is once the door opened look up smile and say “ some one will be with you shortly”nnThe staff needs a refresher course how to meet and greet customers. It’s a beautiful Starbucks with poor customer service

  This location is always so fast and efficient this time around when I went to the drive-through Ciara helped me out a lot running around while handling my big order. Ciara absolutely killed it and was incredibly nice, polite, happy and all around a good person.

  Izzy was very pleasant. It was tough to find the actual drive-thru since that turn is occupied with unnecessary Tesla charges.
