  While waiting for my food in front of the kitchen entrance, I observed a concerning situation. A worker preparing an ice cream shake dropped the cup on the floor, picked it up, and continued using the same cup.
  
  I got the attention of a server and shared my concern. She called the worker, “Josh,” and asked if he had dropped the cup. He confirmed that he had. She then told him that a customer had noticed and instructed him to use a new cup. While she was explaining this, he appeared frustrated and began transferring the ice cream and milk from the contaminated cup into a new one. The server corrected him again, telling him to discard everything and start over since I had witnessed what happened.
  
  After that, he looked in my direction and proceeded to make a new milkshake.few minuets later he located the mop pushed the spilled milk and ice cream underneath the machines and proceeded to work only cleaning the entrance area to the kitchen.
  
  This experience made me question whether I should continue waiting for my order. It raised concerns about food safety and hygiene practices.

  I’ve been coming here for years with family and friends and we always have the same wonderful experience. The staff treat you like family and make you feel right at home with great customer service and attention to detail. The food always comes out as ordered and the prices are reasonable with generous portions.

  My goodness! We had a wonderful experience today. Our server was Lisbeth—though, in truth, it was both servers and the floor manager—who served us with a smile at all times and were attentive to our needs. My husband and children were very happy there, and we can't thank them enough. Without a doubt, we will be back.👏

  Our sever Ana was rushing us out she snatched my card out of my hand I just got it out of my wallet and she grabbed it from my hand before I even handed it to her she kept making comments in Spanish to her friends which we understood saying she didn't care for being the bad guy she kept rushing us it was the worst experience ever. At first we had a different server Pamela she was great she made us feel welcome, Ana was rude short and condescending
