  The girl taking my order was so pleasant and with everyone else after me too. Place was clean, and the two entries and exits is convenient. Very impressed, thanks Freeport Starbucks ☺️

  I come here pretty frequently as a Local. The staff are always friendly here but it seems like there’s people who are upset about the Bathroom being locked for customers only. And i’ll be honest, I like it 🤷🏻‍♀️ I think it’s fair for those who paid for service here to have access to the bathroom instead of waiting in line for people that walked in without paying and don’t plan on staying. That being said; tell that poor girl that got yelled at that she’s doing a great job! She handled the situation well. I can’t imagine being a Barista that gets insulted just for following the policies and doing what their job requires them to do. We’re all just trying to live!

  This is Starbucks folks. The food and drinks don't really change from store to store. It's the service and environment that sets each store apart. There was nothing exceptional about the service but it's located in what seems to be a historic home. It's a real good vibe.

  This is a cute little Starbucks, with generally kind staff and efficient order processing. They have a pretty good selection of gift items (mugs, travel mugs, coffee beans etc), along with a good variety of food. This Starbucks is so good, even the old school Mainers love it! :)

  I’ve come here multiple times. The first 2 times I came in, the store was very busy and my order got messed up - small things, such as being given the wrong size. They were so nice about it and gave me gift cards for next time to correct this. Staff here are always so friendly and welcoming. They were also very accommodating during the recent storm as myself and many others were riding out the power outage here to get some work done, they came around with drink samples of new things, offered people water, and even watched my laptop so I could use the restroom without worrying about packing everything up. These are great people.
