★ 1i went to scramblers to get some bagels. the owner said it wasn't a good batch today so he would give me extra. i asked if they were still good to eat. he said they were fine.ngot home, tried one bagel - absolutely inedible.ni called, spoke with owner, explained. he said there wasn't a problem because he gave me extra bagels. i explained, inedible, wanted to return. he said no way and wouldn't give a refund.

★ 1I will never go here again. Not only did I have things missing from my order. I also had my order messed up when I went back to get fixed the owner straight up lied to my face, telling me I ordered something I didn't order. And refused to fix it. He's straight lied to my face. I refuse to give business to a lier! I had proof of his mistake and stilled lied! Disgusting!!!

★ 2My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant once a week for about 4 months straight. I absolutely love the bagels with fresh cream cheese, their food is great!! However, the service and most of the waitresses are terrible. They never remembered us or greeted us differently despite being regulars, and tipping a $20 bill each week. Not only that, they were quite rude too when taking orders, and serving us, like we were inconveniencing them. They also constantly swore and yelled at each other in front of customers. The service was consistently slow, it shouldn’t take 15 minutes for our order to be taken, and another 15 minutes after eating to receive our bill. Especially when we can see the waitresses chatting it up together behind the counter. I’m really not picky, and I understand the food service industry is incredibly difficult, I highly respect people in this line of work. It’s just sad when the food is consistently awesome, but the service is consistently bad. Also, this was about two years ago, but we occasionally come back for the delicious bagels, and the service is still the same.
