★ 5This spot is an excellent choice for brunch if you’re looking for food that’s both comforting and well done. Everything came out beautifully plated and tasted just as good as it looked.
The eggs Benedict was a standout—perfectly cooked eggs with rich, silky hollandaise that wasn’t overpowering. The potatoes were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and well seasoned, which is harder to find than it should be. The fresh greens on the plate helped balance everything nicely and made the dish feel complete rather than heavy.
For something sweet, the French toast was fantastic. Thick slices, lightly crisped, dusted with powdered sugar, and topped with warm fruit that added just the right amount of brightness. The syrup was served on the side (a small detail, but appreciated), so you can control the sweetness.
Portions were generous without being overwhelming, and the food felt thoughtfully prepared, not rushed. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting—great for a slow weekend breakfast or brunch with family or friends.
If you enjoy classic brunch dishes done right with good presentation and solid flavors, this place is absolutely worth a visit. -

★ 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️nAmazing meal at Red Roost Tavern!
Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly homemade. We loved the Brussels sprouts, Bloody Mary deviled egg, Tavern Burger with fries, and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with truffle fries — every bite was perfect. The margarita was one of the best I’ve had, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommend this spot inside the Hyatt Regency!
Edit: Have to add dessert! We were able to try the homemade Brownie with homemade ice cream and mascarpone. It. Was. GORGEOUS on the taste palate.
The amount of “homemade” at this place, should have you running there. Quickly. -

★ 1Good atmosphere, decent service, food took a while to come out. Food was not that good. Asked for medium cooked burger and it was moo'ing at me. Corn is probably frozen and then placed on grill. You can taste the soggyness in it. Everything seemed overly salty.

★ 4Service was excellent, appetizers really good. Drinks were made well. Unfortunately the burger was the saltiest thing I've eaten in my life. I couldn't eat it and my tongue was sore after a fee bites!
Thankfully the manager was super compassionate and offered to take care of it and comp dessert. The dessert was a apple cheesecake and was amazing. -
