  I was so excited to return from my trip to Europe to see this cute little café open after their remodel! What a cute concept and the breakfast egg croissant was amazing! Staff was super kind and personable. I will be back. I live in the neighborhood and I’m so happy to see a café that feels like a European gathering place. And not a big chain coffee spot where you are rushed to order and no personality.

  It looks like this is the same owner as the Pink Café in La Mesa. The café is fairly new and has taken over the space where Starbucks used to be. I came by pretty early on a weekend, so it was still nice and quiet. I ordered a latte, which was good, although I was a little disappointed that they don’t offer “for here” cups. The café itself is very cute and everything feels brand new, with different shades of pink. One thing that surprised me was that a few of the tables were dirty and hadn’t been wiped down, even though it was early and the café wasn’t busy yet. Other than that, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed my latte and liked the atmosphere, but I do think most of the food items are on the pricier side.

  Awesome place with great food. I’ve been to the La Mesa location before, and this one definitely didn’t disappoint either. The staff was fantastic, and the best part is the location perfect for an afternoon stroll after your meal and coffee!
