  I’m honestly disappointed with how this McDonald’s has been changing lately. The service just isn’t what it used to be. One of the best workers there was a young blonde girl who used to work the first window. I believe she was a trainee and couldn’t have been very old, maybe around 15. She was always polite, friendly, and constantly giving customers compliments that made their day a little better. What stood out most was that if she made a mistake, she didn’t make excuses she owned up to it and tried to make it right. That’s a quality that’s hard to find these days. I haven’t seen her since around January or February, and ever since then the experience just hasn’t been the same. It’s frustrating to see hardworking, positive people leave while the overall customer service gets worse. It feels like all the good employees are disappearing, and customer service is suffering because of it. Bring back employees with that kind of attitude and work ethic, because they made a real difference and were a big reason people enjoyed coming here.

  The night manager is an absolute joke. Not only was she berating her own employee to clean the grease, she refused to give me my drink that i ordered. I know its fast food, but I dont know how you couldnt find literally any other beating heart to work there. She is an embarrassment to that establishment. Everyday that she's employed there is a day that she gives terrible service and pushes potential customers away. Some random guy pulled up next to me in the drive through and told me dont bother, the manager is a joke. She wont help you. Thats what this location is dealing with. The kid she was yelling at to clean the grease would do a better job at managing then her. I dont know how she still has a job. McDonald's need to have higher standards.

  You pay for a large fry but they give you a medium to a small never fill it up. This needs to be fixed

  fire that night manager she’s genuinely the worst person you could hire for that job. she throws things at customers and cusses at them 🤦‍♀️ maybe just do your job. it’s not that hard to be nice to people.

  Always my go to for a quick bite! Consistent with food and service. Drive thru does get pretty busy, my go to is to order inside or thru the app for a quick pick up. Prices has gone up!
