★ 5First the place is beautiful inside and the food and the service was impeccable. Our waitress was awesome and my wife and I both ordered the 9oz. Filet which was perfect. I would highly recommend J. Morgans to everyone and I would definitely visit again being from Texas if we ever come back.

★ 3I really wanted to enjoy my experience here, especially considering it's a steakhouse, but unfortunately it didn't quite live up to my expectations.
One thing that stood out to me was the service. When I had questions about the different steak options available, I found it surprisingly difficult to get clear answers. The physical menu didn't seem to provide much information about the steak selections, and when I asked for clarification, the response left me feeling more confused than informed. At a restaurant that specializes in steak, I would expect the staff to be able to confidently explain the available cuts and options.
As for the food itself, it wasn't bad, but it was fairly average considering the price point. For a restaurant positioning itself as a steakhouse, I was expecting higher-quality steak and a more memorable dining experience overall.
The atmosphere is nice, and the restaurant certainly has potential, but for the cost of the meal, I personally expected more. Overall, I left feeling that the experience didn't quite justify the price. -

★ 5Great service and atmosphere. We came for dinner in a Saturday night and it was a nice experience, we made prior reservations even though we were staying in the hotel and we're greeted and seated immediately. Service was very friendly and efficient, we really enjoyed the cocktails and the entrees. Prices were pretty reasonable and the restaurant seemed clean and well run. Would recommend of you are in the area.

★ 1Wish I could give this place negative stars. The service here is awful. When we first walked in we thought it was just one waiter, nope there were 3, but none of them were doing their jobs. They kept disappearing in the back for long periods, not to bring food out or anything. A waitress spent 5 minutes pretending to clean a table next to us.
15 yr old kids working at McDonald’s are better servers, more professional, and productive. Waiters working at a snail’s pace. 20 minutes after sat, and didn’t even get water. No wonder they weren’t busy on a Saturday morning. One of the worst run restaurants I’ve ever seen! The wait staff is horrendous. -

★ 5I didn’t have dinner. I went for drinks and dessert. Sat in the bar area and the bartender was awesome. Drinks were cold and the dessert was sweet. I have the strawberry shortcake and felt it was over baked. The ambiance was cool as the light fixtures reminded me of the Atlantis in the Bahamas. Ask for the train to be turned on.
