  Food is really beautiful and pretty good. The huge issue is the wait times! I've come here when it was a lunch time rush and when it was dead, and in both instances, my friends/family and I had to wait an obscene amount of time for our food. The wait was worth it because the food looks and tastes so good, but the wait shouldn't be that long in the first place. They need to find a way to speed up their process without sacrificing quality (since I know that tends to happen when businesses try to speed things up). The second time I came, they were so busy that I had to wait at the register for a solid couple of minutes before someone even came over there to take my order. Maybe someone dedicated to taking orders would speed things up a bit?
  
  I like the mural on the wall, too. I wish there were more room for seating as that is abysmal compared to how busy it gets in there.
  
  Another thing I noticed is that the first time I came, I ordered a smoothie (don't know the name, but it had honey and cinnamon) and it was pretty good because the way it was made, put the honey at the bottom isolated from the rest of the smoothie, which was a fun drinking experience, but the second time I came here, the honey was fully mixed in. I would appreciate it if they had a more consistent way of making that smoothie, and I would think that other items probably suffer from inconsistencies in preparation.

  Honestly the food was not good. We got chicken nuggets and they were green/yellow, not crunchy or resembling chicken nuggets at all. Additionally our food took almost 25 minutes and there was no one there. Our ordering also took upwards of 10 minutes and am not sure why considering we went up to the counter and were ready for what we wanted to get. Also all of our prepackaged sauces were expired! The smoothies were good and so was the sandwich. I recommend never getting the chicken and if you go there to focus on the açaí and smoothies only.

  Found this place randomly googling one day and now it’s my favorite stop when we’re in the area! The bowls are packed with toppings and the price is MORE than fair. I get the Berry Delicious and my boyfriend gets the Paradise bowl. Not shown but it’s super cute inside too- the perfect hangout

  If I could give a zero star I would! I order from here almost every weekend and never have an issue until today. I placed my order for a bowl and a sandwich.I got a text message saying, my order was done.And it was only the sandwich they hadn't even started on the bowl.Went over to pick it up.And they're like, oh well, only half the order is ready with attitude. I said, fine, I'll be back when the rest of it's done I give them ten minutes went back.They still had not even started on my bowl. Also I got my sandwich and it's supposed to come with a small little salad and it did not. For me it was the attitude it was not called for!

  Super delicious, nutrient packed, and quite a hefty serving! We are always pleased with the bowls as well as the customer service!
  
  We typically order the Cocosette but we have tried their boba milk tea as well! All really good!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
