Had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes to get seated since the place was packed, but it was worth it. We went with three people and the total came to around 100 dollars with tip, so it can get a little pricey.
We tried the eggs Benedict, beef brisket burrito, and chilaquiles, along with a pistachio latte and Mexican hot chocolate. Everything tasted really fresh and flavorful.
The standout for me was definitely the chilaquiles. The eggs Benedict was good too, not the best I have ever had, but the potatoes on the side were incredible. They had perfect crunch and amazing seasoning. The burrito was tasty, though not my favorite, but honestly nothing disappointed.
The drinks were amazing. The pistachio latte was super creamy and the Mexican hot chocolate had the perfect temperature, creaminess, and foam. Service was friendly and attentive even when it was crowded.
We noticed an extra seven dollar charge for a drink on the receipt, but they were quick and kind enough to refund it the next day. Overall, a really solid experience with great food, great drinks, and a lively atmosphere.

Love this place. Zabiha halal brunch spot- amazing bacon and sausages - and the menu is diverse. Both times we came here we loved the food and were already planning when we’d be back again. Yvette was our server both times and she’s such a sweetheart - she made us laugh so much! The chilaquiles and the meat lover’s omelette is gas. Also the swedish pancakes changed me.

This was my second visit to iJava, and I came back because I remembered how genuinely kind the staff was the first time. I’m happy to say my experience was just as wonderful again! The team is friendly, welcoming, and makes the whole place feel warm and inviting.

I also had the chance to meet the owner, Ali. We chatted for a bit about the new renovations he’s excited about—creating more comfortable workspaces for people who need a place to sit, focus, and work. It’s clear he really cares about making iJava not just a restaurant, but a cozy atmosphere where people can enjoy good coffee and get some work done.

I tried the cappuccino dry with one pump of vanilla, and it was so good—smooth, flavorful, and just the right touch of sweetness. The turkey and egg croissant sandwich with added avocado was divine!

    Definitely recommend! ☕🥐✨

So far, I have been to two different iJava cafes in the Bay Area, and while they are both 5-star establishments, this location stands out. They have great Mediterranean and Mexican food, along with classic dishes. Everything is halal. I come here a lot with friends, and recently introduced this diner to my husband. I thought I'd write a quick review highlighting our last experience. I had the steak, potatoes and eggs, while he went with a chicken katsu burrito. Food was great, as usual, and the service was excellent. The waitresses are always really nice. This location has great indoor and outdoor seating too. I highly recommend iJava.

The food came super late and wrong. They mixed the orders in our plates. We had to separate our food to make it the way we ordered. And it was not even crowded, few customer and still waiters were super impatient and rude.
I ordered a pour-over coffee it came almost at end of our food with my kids orange juice despite multiple calls. It was also super cold, did not taste good at all. When you pay $6.50 for a coffee you expect a much better taste and service. We asked for a to go box and the waiter brought the box to the table next to us who just arrived. We asked for a print of our bill which never came.
I ordered a Mediterranean bowl, the meet portion was extremely small, kabob was like the size of my finger and chicken was like super super thin layer 5 pieces all together. And it was close to $16. Very expensive for this small size of meat. If you are looking for lean protein this is the worst option. I only give it 2 stars because my kids liked their pancakes.
Overall you have much better options to go to brunch than this place. Will not recommend it.
