★ 4Hatch is a bright and modern brunch spot in Flagler Village with a fun, welcoming atmosphere. My daughter and I stopped in for brunch and immediately loved the space the large windows bring in beautiful natural light, and the overall vibe is relaxed yet stylish.
One of my favorite details was their signature smiley face mug for coffee. It’s such a playful touch and definitely adds personality to the experience. I ordered a latte and a mimosa, both of which were enjoyable.
For brunch, we ordered the chicken and waffles, along with an avocado toast Benedict-style dish with eggs and a side of hash potatoes. My daughter enjoyed the chicken and waffles, but I did notice the food took a little while to come out, and my dish arrived slightly cold.
As someone who truly enjoys food and dining experiences both locally and while traveling around the world I tend to notice those small details. I’m sharing it simply as honest feedback because the concept and atmosphere here are great, and I believe the experience has the potential to be even better.
Overall, the service was friendly, just a bit slower during our visit. The atmosphere itself makes it a nice place to meet friends for brunch in Flagler Village.
Parking is available in the nearby garage (around $6), which makes visiting the area easy and convenient.

★ 5I recently visited Hatch in Florida, and it quickly became one of my favorite dining experiences. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every team member seemed to work seamlessly together, creating a smooth, professional, and friendly atmosphere. It’s clear that the staff take pride in what they do, and their positive energy made the visit even more enjoyable.
The service was efficient without feeling rushed, and our server checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was helping with menu recommendations or simply making conversation, they made us feel valued as guests. The teamwork among the staff stood out they communicated well with each other and stayed organized, even during busy times.
Another helpful detail is the parking situation. If you park in the nearby lot, the restaurant can validate your parking, which is extremely convenient. However, I recommend confirming with Hatch before parking to make sure validation is available during your visit.
Overall, Hatch offers fantastic service, professionalism, and a welcoming setting. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal paired with top notch hospitality. I look forward to visiting again soon! -

★ 3I finally tried Hatch and honestly… it was just okay.
Service wasn’t bad at all. Our server was nice and polite. The only issue was timing. The food took a while to come out, and the sides didn’t arrive until we were almost done with the main plates, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering them together.
Now, credit where it’s due. The pancakes were good. Soft, fluffy, and the cinnamon butter definitely carried it. That butter gave them real flavor. I also had the classic breakfast sandwich and that was solid too. No complaints there.
But the skillet? That was the miss for me. The eggs tasted off. Not fresh cracked eggs. It gave liquid egg or powdered egg vibes, and no amount of hot sauce or aioli could save it. It also had a weird metallic taste. Not sure if it was the utensils or the way it was cooked, but it just wasn’t enjoyable. The ham isn’t steak ham either. It’s the round, processed style like what you’d get in a fast food breakfast sandwich. Not terrible, just not what I expected.
Overall, nothing was terrible. It just didn’t wow me. I don’t really see the hype. It’s convenient if you’re staying at the Marriott next door, and I can see it being an easy hotel breakfast spot. But as a destination brunch place? Probably not something I’d go back for.
That’s just my honest take.
