  Gallo Blanco delivers a fresh, modern take on Mexican cuisine, and it does so with confidence. The space itself sets the tone—open, light-filled, and impeccably clean, creating an atmosphere that feels relaxed yet purposeful. It’s the kind of dining room where you immediately settle in and know you’re in good hands.
  
  The food is where Gallo Blanco truly shines. The ceviche is outstanding—bright, balanced, and incredibly fresh, with clean flavors that showcase the quality of the seafood rather than hiding it. It’s one of those dishes you finish and immediately consider ordering again.
  
  The chicken mole is exceptional, showcasing depth and warmth without being heavy. The mole sauce is rich, layered, and beautifully executed, a reminder of how special this dish can be when made with care and restraint. It’s easily one of the best versions in the area.
  
  What ties everything together is the restaurant’s ability to keep dishes vibrant, thoughtful, and refined while still honoring the comfort and soul of Mexican cooking. Nothing feels overdone or gimmicky—just clean, bright flavors that respect the ingredients.

  My wife and I were blown away by this hole-in-the-wall spot in Roosevelt District.
  
  It was our first time here, and our server, Mini (not sure if I spelled that right) did such a fantastic job at making us feel right at home. She answered all of our questions, gave us great recommendations, and was extremely polite.
  
  We ordered the frijoles con queso, which was so flavorful (and a perfect appetizer), the New Mexican enchiladas, and the Bistec Tampequena. Everything was cooked to perfections. It didn’t try too hard to be different. Gallo Blanco took traditional dishes and simply elevated them to perfection.
  
  We cannot wait to return again.

  One of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever had in phoenix, we had the Naco Torta and La Bomba burrito, and elote appetizer. So filling and delicious! For dessert the tres leche cake is a must!! It was perfectly smooth and creamy. Will definitely come again

  The food here was amazing! We ordered the carne asada tacos and they were absolutely delicious. The margaritas were also incredible (super flavorful and perfectly made). We also tried the churros, and honestly, they are one of the best I’ve ever had in my life.
  
  The place is really beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and the music adds to a really fun and enjoyable vibe. I 100% recommend this restaurant :))

  I mean talk about mouth watering, Gallo Blanco is delectable. From the drinks, to the food, to the service - all outstanding. I was disappointed I didn't have an opportunity to return for another night and if I lived locally, would make this a staple.
  
  Ordered the tacos; fried chicken, pork belly and carne asada. They were so good I ordered a 4th (pork belly again). I had the house margarita (x2).
  
  Service was top level. Sat at the bar, got a bunch of recommendations of other places to visit whilst in town.
  
  Highly, highly recommend.
