  We came in for my brother-in-law’s birthday brunch and had such an amazing experience from start to finish! The service was incredible — everyone was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and cooked perfectly. You can tell they really care about both the food and the customer experience.
  
  What really stood out was how special they made my brother-in-law feel on his birthday. The staff went above and beyond to celebrate him and made our whole group feel appreciated. It turned a great meal into a really memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!

  Randomly popped in at the bar during Happy Hour and SO GLAD we did. Excellent Happy Hour selection with great deals on wine and cocktails. Highly recommend the Painted Desert cocktail and Ancho Chili Braised Beef Tacos!

  Better for atmosphere on the patio. If you’re staying at the Sheraton, the free breakfast fo Platinum/Titanium is imho not worth it, I’d stick with the points and grab breakfast is the club. The setup was inefficient as they have a tiny area set up in a U shaped section that created a long line.

  Excellent experience at Cacara Restaurant in downtown Phoenix. Service was impeccable and extremely attentive. Ambience is absolutely gorgeous with high ceilings and great decoration. Food was very delicious with high quality ingredients.

  What a perfect spot for a midweek work lunch! The ambiance was beautiful, spacious, welcoming, and matched by excellent service and food. Our server, Allen, was so kind and attentive, offering appetizer and entrée recommendations that were both delicious and beautifully presented (we devoured them too quickly for photos!). The guacamole and buffalo cauliflower were standouts, and the power bowl was not only hearty and filling but also packed with wholesome, flavorful ingredients. Managers Joe and Arthur even stopped by our table to make sure we were enjoying everything, which made the experience feel extra special. The drink menu looked fantastic as well. We skipped cocktails this time, but it gives us the perfect excuse to come back soon
