★ 3Probably would have given 4 stars for food but there was eggshell in my egg sandwich. The mocha ice coffee was good. The gentleman cooking etc was pleasant and respectful. The location is good. Great place to order to go as I think there’s only a few seats. I don’t know if there’s outside seating. This is right in the area of UNH so parking depends on whether schools in session or not. For Sept 25th it was good.

★ 5Sandwiches and fries are off the hook. Definition of comfort/stoner food. Associates are very sweet. Skip the larger lunch spots unless you need to be seated and your food brought to you. If you want better quality comfort food and can appreciate a seat at any of the open air seating arrangements around campus, this joint is on point.

★ 5Accidentally made it halfway through my meal before remembering to snap pictures. The food was the best I've had in a while; the fries were soft inside and crisp outside, the grilled chicken sandwich was wonderful in every degree (it was also about 3 times as long as it looks in the picture). And the prices were amazing. If you're looking for somewhere to eat, look no further. Franz has a wide assortment of foods & an enjoyable environment. **Definitely get the fries**

★ 5Amazing food (made to order and served by an even better person), Franz’s Food is a staple of the Durham experience. Pop in for the signature JB breakfast wrap or any of his other equally appetizing creations and stay for the engaging conversation with one of the most genuine and interesting personalities you’ll meet. We love Franz ❤️ buy one of his hilarious shirts at Hayden Sports next door - “Durham, NH: A quaint drinking town with a university problem”
