★ 1This place is a absolute joke ordered about 50$ worth of food only for 2 things out of it as u can see obviously not put together the best obviously rushed I then call back Dunkin and there excuse is that it’s DoorDashs fault the thing about DoorDash is that they don’t make the food they pick it up!! I call back Dunkin’ and I then ask to talk to Jenna a higher up over seeing this Dunkin she worker on the phone goes “jenna that’s crazy” after us talking back n fourth it some how escalated to her telling me to pull up and do something about it. If the management is seeing this do something about this having employees that not only don’t care about there job but support fighting and violence is a major red flag for anyone that orders food from DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

★ 1Call in order for a business, large order for a retirement party. The two employees on duty did not know how to fill a box of Joe. Had to have someone from another location come over. Your job is coffee! If you can't fill a box with coffee you shouldn't be working there or the store should close.

★ 5This is one of my top 3 Dunkin’s in Maine. Every worker there is actually nice. THEY MAKE YOU YOUR DRINK HOW YOUUU WANT IT! Without saying oh we can’t do that. Every time I go in they are cleaning the place as well. They have more donuts to choose from as well just don’t show up 2 hours before closing because they’ll only have about 3 kinds left lol.

★ 1The manager flat out told me that the drive thru gets priority, it is Dunkin Donuts policy, then mobile orders, and lastly the people who walk in who are standing right in front of them. So, while she took a personal phone call, she left us standing there. The service to people inside isn't timed, so they simply don't care. Then I had to wait for her to go out into the lobby to get her cell phone charger before she would see that my food was made. I was left standing there a ridiculous and excessive amount of time. And because I had already purchased a bottled drink, and was standing there waiting so long, they asked two more times to ring me up even though I had paid long before. Great way to make a customer with a $58.00 purchase feel valued, not. The one who disappeared for awhile didn't notice because she was on her phone, although we could see her. There were three women there, two ornery ones and one sweet, brow beaten 3rd girl who they treated terribly. My guess us that 3rd girl won't last long. They have cameras to verify this but the franchise owner simply doesn't care and Dunkin corporate couldn't give a crap. When they put the ad in the paper for employees the requirement must be for the potential candidate to be extremely rude. I went there to buy a requested gift card but NEVER again. And, by the way, any gas station has better service and equal coffee. Dunkin Donuts gets less than a D-. FFFFail!
Edit: I forgot to mention the flies! EVERYWHERE! And why I don't eat the donuts! Also, I heard them talking while ignoring me about who's mother was in the drive thru line. They play favorites with locals they like. -

★ 3We’re the only customers again but at least this donut salesperson spoke when we arrived. I appreciate that. She was courteous & helpful. It’s still Strike 3 though, for DD, regarding our donut search today. We asked where the donuts are, but they’re sold out a few hours before closing time. I remember the thrill of going to Dunkin Donuts when I was much, much younger. When the slogan was “It’s time to make the donuts” Do they even make the donuts anymore, or are they shipped in from an undisclosed location? I assume they don’t want to have a pile of donuts sitting out overnight in the display case. I get it. We’ll come earlier next time.
