  I really enjoy stopping by this location for a quick coffee and donut. The service is consistently fast, which is perfect for my busy mornings, and I always appreciate the variety of fresh options available whenever I visit. It’s a reliable spot for a consistent, satisfying treat.

  So every time I go to this location it just gets worse and worse. Two previous times my boyfriend had gotten us coffees here, they were glaringly wrong. I’m talking like completely different from the label they stick on it. The “loaded hash browns” had barely any cheese or bacon on them, and my bagel was burnt to a crisp.
  
  I get this is a less than ideal job, but if you cannot be trusted to make a bagel or coffee; what else could you possibly do?

  I can't believe how this place is being ran the employee walk around like they got nothing to do when they have a lines of cars wrapped around the building people waiting for their online order and they REFUSE to take walk ins unless u call them out and their response is online and drive-thru come first I waited over 30 mins for 1 single ice coffee i told the manager well if u would make ur employees actual work instead of standing there stiring coffee as slow as u can and giving dirty looks to ur customers u may have better times and happier customers

  Took 20 minutes to make a coffee and breakfast sandwich with no cars in drive through and literally 2 people in the store.n5 people working…. Miracle mile kills this store.
  The only reason o even stopped here again was mobile ordering was offline on the mile.
  But yeah, 19 minutes from ordering until I got my food with no lines.
  Manager making the food was the absolute slowest person I’ve ever seen in my life.
  Still managed to mess the order up, said I’d been waiting almost 20min and she cops an attitude.
  The attitude is why I’m leaving the review.
  I feel so bad for her subordinates, she’s responsible for training them.
  Last time I stop in here.

  Gonna sound silly, but the woman behind the counter was very helpful and pleasant. I couldn't have milk pre-surgery. Haven't used artificial sweetener in years. She helped me pick one (stevia) which saved my caffeine fix.
