★ 1Been going here for 4 years. I'm a driver and have gone here every morning at 445am. The girl who worked here was great always had my coffee ready and I would leave a 5 dollar tip. Then guy starts there and says we open at 5, it's fine I will take my business to Cumberland farms, way to lose money and good will for your dunkin. An end of an era.

★ 1This place is really going downhill. The food isn't as good as it used to be. It's either dry or not cooked all the way and the coffee is only made correctly by a few certain employees. You can really tell that some employees really don't care. And really some do with a smile on their face. And for that I thank those employees. There's a certain manager, older woman with glasses (wish I knew the name) that was gossiping to customers, saying her employees are awful and they're always late.I thought this was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Upon multiple visits, I have overheard her being passive aggressive towards her employees and making comments. This is not professional. Please do better Dunkin!!!

★ 1Dunkin has gone down hill. Several locations staff kids that can't properly take/make an order. Most of them are rude or too busy on their phones to actually care about doing their jobs.

★ 1They never make the food correctly, or theyre serving food thats been sitting too long.. The bacon wasn't cooked throughly the bag was filled with grease at the bottom and the bagel bites were cold and not toasted.

★ 1Every single time I put in an order at this Dunkin it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get the order. Today I put in the order show up five minutes later there’s three people working behind the counter and no customers. I’m ignored for 10 minutes. I finally go up to the cash register to ask where my order is and they for me that they didn’t have the flavoring that I ordered. Why would you ignore somebody standing there for 10 minutes? I hate this Dunkin’ . It is the worst one in the area don’t bother coming here.
