While visiting Baton Rouge for the first time we decided to head over to New Orleans and try Daisy Duke's in the French Quarter. So glad we did. The food was definitely seasoned to perfection, but I didn't expect anything less, it is New Orleans, of course. I ordered the seafood gumbo and it was very filling, full of seafood, and seasoned very well. Others in my party enjoyed their food as well. The beignets were the perfect end to a wonderful lunch. The server, Princess, was very attentive and friendly. If ever I'm back that way, I will return

We had a wonderful dining experience at Daisy Dukes, largely thanks to our server, Sabrina. She was warm and welcoming from the moment we sat down, making us feel right at home.

    ## What stood outn- **Excellent hospitality:** Sabrina’s warmth and attentiveness set the tone for the evening. She made everyone feel cared for, not just us.n- **Clear communication:** She explained the limited menu options with grace, and even though some items weren’t available, she helped us navigate what was on offer to ensure we still got exactly what we wanted.n- **Food quality:**n- My burger was hot and fresh, cooked to perfection, and juicy.n- My girlfriend’s shrimp and grits were rich, creamy, and very satisfying.n- **Professionalism and flexibility:** Sabrina kept my coffee refilled without being asked and demonstrated impressive flexibility, not only enhancing our experience but also positively impacting other patrons around us.

    ## VerdictnI’m glad we stopped in and had the pleasure of being served by Sabrina. She is a rare gem in the restaurant industry—attentive, capable, and genuinely gracious. Daisy Dukes is lucky to have her, and I look forward to returning, in large part because of the outstanding service Sabrina provided.

If you visit, ask for Sabrina—her warmth and care elevate the entire dining experience

My first time visiting this breakfast spot and I must say the food was absolutely delicious. The place was clean and the atmosphere was very nice. If you have the chance to experience and have the host LISA as your waitress… you won’t be disappointed at all. She made our welcome warm. She was very polite and attentive. I would highly recommend this place especially to all my CHICAGOAN visitors.. it’s giving.

My fave restaurant on NOLA. We went back several times during our stay.(4x) Can't beat their breakfast. (Forgot bfast pics) Got something different every time and everything was a hit. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. I forget our waitress' name we had twice, but she was so sweet. Cool local artwork on the wall. Love the pelican.

My husband and I were in town for my annual Smart Set convention. We found this place on the last day of our visit to New Orleans. I wish I had gone here earlier because I would’ve been eating here almost every day. I ordered the black and fish and gumbo in both of them were very good. I also got a side of grits! Let me tell you about those damn grits! They were perfectly cooked! Our server was fantastic and the atmosphere here is very cozy with beautiful artwork on the walls! The only thing I did not like is that the fish was swai instead of red fish or catfish. I’m not a big fan of swai fish but the flavor and the seasoning were good. My husband had the seafood omelette and he absolutely adored it! I would totally recommend this place, especially for breakfast.
