★ 5This donut shop was a fantastic find! Stopped in around 10 am and they still had a full selection minus apple fritters. I tried the white cream filled maple donut and the chocolate frosted raised donut. The texture of both of them was perfect… tender and not greasy or oily. The maple donut was filled nicely, I am glad when places don’t skimp on fillings. The maple frosting had a good flavor, and our car still smelled like maple a couple hours later which was an added bonus, lol.

★ 5Amazing!!!! At this point this is the main reason we come to Wells from NY! I’ve planned our vacations around the days they’re open to make sure I get them everyday we’re there. The donuts are the best donuts I’ve ever had! I’ve brought some back to family members in NY and they’ve also fell in love. My personal favorite is the lemon filled. The coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and hash bowl are also amazing. The employees are also always so pleasant. Everything is such good quality and you can tell they take pride in their business.

★ 4Wonderful local place. The story of the shop is one of family and perseverance. They have a video playing with the story of the bakery when you first walk in. Highly recommend watching while you look over the menu, which happens to be right next to it. Very convenient 🙂nWe stopped by on a whim 30 minutes before closing and there was still a good assortment.
Doughnuts are flavorful, soft, fluffy and overall delicious.
Mark this as a must go. -

★ 5This place gives me the warm and fuzzy in my tummy, especially after eating way too many of their amazing and huge donuts. Their savory breakfasts are so simple, so light, but yet SO good.
The first day we bought enough to feed 6 people (which is triple the # of people in our party), and the second day we went right back and did it again. That's how delicious they are.
We loved their biscuit sandwiches and their original bowls. We also loved their fritters (guilty for eating two in one sitting, and then sugar crashed) and their cream filled pastries and just felt sad we couldn't have physically eaten more of their menu.
There's a drive through and a walk-up, and there's always tons of people, but it goes by quick. Food only takes 10min (actually less for us) and donuts are obviously pre-made. I'm pretty sure everyone knows that this place is the best in town. -

★ 5A must try in Wells, Maine. Got the corn beef hash bowl😋💯 Service was a bit slow for us but they apologized and gave us 4 extra of their delicious donuts for the wait so cant complain, that’s great service right there. Coffee wasn’t anything crazy but hit the spot. Food definitely takes the show! Outdoor area is also very nice when it’s not to windy.
