  Cafe Milano is always buzzing and for good reason! Their coffee, muffins and pastries are delish and the food is great! Staff are always friendly and on the ball. Because it gets so busy there is sometimes a little bit of a wait for the food but it’s definitely worth it! Their games and activities for kids at the tables are a great feature.

  Cafe Milano was our absolute favorite breakfast stop. The muffins, sandwichs and coffees are just delicious.

  The service was good and it has a friendly atmosphere. I tried the mushroom coffee. I surprisingly like it. I went back for another the following week. I have also had their breakfast foods and their muffins. All were very good. I do recommend this place. $$$

  I adore Coffee Milano!! They have delicious coffee, and many gluten free options for food! They have gluten free bread and English muffins, and they’re very knowledgeable! The staff are so friendly and helpful. We moved away from Middleboro but always make the drive back for Coffee Milano! It’s one of a kind!
