  Our server was Jocelyn and oh my gosh she was amazing — she humored us every step of the way (including when I asked for a bendy-straw just for fun, and she rolled with it)! Not only was the food great and the ice cream THE BEST, but her attentive and kind service was top notch :) My family and I had a great time!

  This place is absolutely INFURIATING! It started with getting my drink order wrong, then they brought a tiny appetizer which took 15 minutes, food that took 30, and now ice cream thats taken 25. Not to mention, I got the Mac and cheese burger thing and they burned the crab out of the cheese until it only tasted like the concept of a HAMBURGER. Also, when they served my loaded fries they just plopped everything in the MIDDLE. Some of them were soaked and come of them were completely un seasoned. As someone with sensory issues this absolutely drove me insane. I absolutely do not recommend anyone with neurodivergent kids come here.

  As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, I highly suggest having more than just one server working. Having one server on not only puts a lot of stress on them, but it also provides poor service to your customers. We waiting quite a while for our server to even come to the table and greet us, and wasn’t even friendly. I’m sure she’s exhausted.

  Disappointed. Used to be good burgers. Now skinny frozen pattr of questionable origin. Wife had tomato soup that was bland. Just bland.

  First off, I don't normally write restaurant reviews, but I had such a nice experience at the Middleboro Friendlys that I just had to write one. Going there brought me back to my younger days going with my family. The atmosphere was friendly and service was excellent from our waitress, Makiya. We ordered from the senior menu and the prices were very reasonable. We even got a free Senior Happy Endings Sundae with our meal. It's been many years since the last time I went to a Friendlys, but I'll be sure to return soon!
